Ready
for retail.

Our goldenberries are sold huskless, with the calyx removed, so they go straight from punnet to plate. Fruit is harvested at maturity stage 3–4 — yellowish green to golden yellow — at around 13–16 °Brix.

Berries are graded into three calibers and packed in 100 g, 125 g or 200 g clamshells inside ventilated master cartons. We recommend shipping within 48 hours of harvest, and every lot is coded by harvest day, packing plant, grower and processing line. Goldenberries are conventionally grown and exported under SENASA registration with a phytosanitary certificate.

A premium berry,
handled like
one.

Huskless goldenberries are a convenience product: retailers and food-service buyers want clean, whole fruit with no calyx remnants and a predictable size mix. Our specification is built around exactly that.

Defect tolerances are tight — 0% critical, max. 3% major, max. 10% minor — and fruit is held at 4–8 °C and 85–90% relative humidity through an air cold chain on ULD pallets.

Volumes follow a confirmed weekly program. Tell us your punnet format, weekly volume and destination, and we will quote FCA Lima.
