Good Hope Produce exports fresh organic ginger of the Criolla (yellow) variety, grown in Peru. Roots are size-graded into four calibers — 50–100 g, 101–150 g, 151–250 g and 250 g+ — and packed in 13.6 kg (30 lb) cartons or 8 kg baskets, or to your own format.
Fresh root is our core program; dried ginger is available on request. Every lot is analysed by Groen Agro Control and ships with organic certificates (USDA, EU and Canada), GlobalG.A.P. and GRASP documentation, and a phytosanitary certificate.
